Risks of Virtual Asset Trading

• Price Fluctuation Risk

  The price of virtual assets fluctuates constantly. The value of your trades or holdings may rise or fall sharply and may even fall to:

• Volatility Risk Outside of Business Hours

  The price of virtual assets may fluctuate even after trading hours on the Bitroa exchange. Bitroa exchange is not responsible for price fluctuations that occur outside of trading hours.

• Liquidity risk

  Depending on market conditions or trading volume, order execution may be delayed, difficult to execute, or executed at a different price than expected.

• Blockchain Network Risk

  Virtual asset transactions go through a certain confirmation process on the blockchain network. Bitroa transactions are not processed until sufficient transaction confirmation is completed. It may not be reflected in the users account balance, and there is a possibility that the transaction may be canceled due to the nature of the blockchain.

• External Wallet Management Risk

  If you use an external wallet, you will not be able to access your virtual assets if you lose your private key or password. Bitroa Exchange is not responsible for this.

• System Risk

  1. Transactions may be affected by unexpected system failures, server problems, external environmental changes, etc. The following are considered system failures:
  2. If your order is not possible or delayed due to a system issue on the Bitroa exchange.
  3. If you are unable to trade due to access problems with websites, mobile apps, etc.
  4. However, network problems or personal device errors of the user are excluded.
  5. Bitroa Exchange does not compensate for any opportunity loss (e.g. potential profit loss due to order failure) resulting from system failure.
  6. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction if it is concluded at an abnormal price due to a system error.

• Business Sustainability Risk

  1. There may be cases where Bitroa Exchange cannot continue its business due to changes in external environments, etc. In this case, customer assets will be handled in accordance with the Bankruptcy Act, the Corporate Reorganization Act, and other relevant laws.
  2. Bitroa Exchange is not responsible for any losses arising from the risks described above. Please fully understand these risks and make careful judgments before starting trading.
